Tried a number of lenses. Used cheap actors who work for bread. Nice enough day. Used Vegas Pro 8 to edit. Vegas is good for sound but isn't friendly when it comes to PIP. The preview pane isn’t interactive like Premiere. I’d rather use Adobe but it doesn’t support AVCHD. You have to dumb down your files to mpeg2 before importing if you want to use Adobe. Wmv format sucks, but its compatible. Tried many formats like mp4, mov, mpg but this file was rendered as a .wmv. It seemed to be the only file vimeo would recognize. I was having a ton of trouble with interlacing lines on the other formats. Wmv files have issues with retaining aspect ratios when switched over to flash formats.. I don’t know why. I had to select ‘stretch to fit, do not letterbox’ to get it to look right. Even though it looks fine here, play the original file in media player or Nero showtime and its all stretched out....
